The Literacy Support programs at Pittsburgh King and Pittsburgh Allegheny provide students with support in reading, writing, and spelling.

Literacy Support-Pittsburgh King

Grades K-2
Fall/Winter, Monday-Thursday: 8:30-10:30 am

The Literacy Support program provides tutoring and skill reinforcement for reading, writing, and spelling to students in K – 2nd grade. The Literacy Support team consists of both Urban Impact staff and volunteers who have a passion to see the youth on the North Side achieve literacy.
