Our Fouding
Changing hearts, changing lives.
The work of the ministry is only possible because of Urban Impact’s dedicated, faithful team members that serve on staff, including our founders, Pastor Ed and Tammy Glover.
Our Founding
Rev. Dr. Ed Glover founded Urban Impact in 1995, and two decades later, he is still committed to the mission of transforming lives with the Gospel on the North Side.

COVID-19
In these months of global pandemic, UIF has quickly shifted its focus to serve students’ and families’ highest needs. We are calling to check-in, offering instruction and programming via online resources, delivering food, basic necessities, and school supplies via both drive-up and drop-off approaches, and have launched a new onsite program to support students during remote learning.
